CLOSED ON SUNDAY
Acceptable Use & Content Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy applies to uploaded images, generation requests, generated videos and audio, and use of Closed on Sunday. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Content standards and prohibited categories
Do not upload, request, generate, or distribute through this service:
- Violent or gory content, including attacks, abuse, torture, injury, blood, mutilation, dismemberment, or content encouraging violence, terrorism, or self-harm. Choir presets depict fictional, non-graphic characters.
- Hate speech, hateful imagery or audio, dehumanization, threats, or discrimination targeting people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Pornography, nudity, sexual or sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate material.
- Content involving minors, including any portrait of a person under 18, child sexual abuse material, sexualization of children, or content endangering children.
- Deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized face swaps, impersonation of real people, fabricated statements or actions presented as real, or identity misuse. Consensual portraits may only be used for clearly disclosed fictional scenes; never suggest the depicted events actually occurred or imply endorsement.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized logos or protected characters, or violations of privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights. Only upload material you have permission to use.
- Fraud, harassment, threats, illegal activity, deceptive advertising, or attempts to evade safety measures or an account restriction.
Report violating generated content
Anyone can report a concern, including a person depicted in a video, without creating an account. Email support@closedonsundayai.me with the subject “Content report”. Use the Report content link in the footer or Report this video in My videos.
Include the task ID or video URL, the category and reason for your report, relevant timestamps, and a way to contact you. For impersonation or rights complaints, describe your connection to the person or work. Do not send illegal images, intimate material, or unnecessary sensitive information; describe the issue instead. If you do not have a task ID, provide enough context to locate the content.
Review and moderation
Generation requests enable the video model provider’s safety checker. Separate text and image inference moderation checks are currently paused; we do not claim that every input has passed an independent classifier. There is no separate output video or audio moderation. Automated provider checks do not establish age, identity, consent or rights and may miss prohibited content. Review your output before sharing and report concerns to the operator.
We assess the reported input or output, available task records, the policy category, and any relevant evidence. Reports involving child safety, credible threats, or non-consensual intimate content are prioritized. We may request clarifying information and temporarily restrict an account while investigating. Review time depends on urgency and complexity.
If a violation is confirmed, actions may include removing or disabling access to affected media and reference copies, restricting or suspending the account, and preventing further use. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent suspension. We may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. If we cannot locate the content or do not find a violation, we may close the report with an explanation. Reporter details are limited to those needed to investigate, respond, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Decisions and appeals
Where appropriate and lawful, we notify the affected user and reporter of the outcome without disclosing another person’s private information. To appeal a decision, email the same address with the task ID, the decision, and your explanation or new evidence. We review the decision again in light of that information. Reporting is free and must not be used to harass others or submit knowingly false claims.
How videos are generated
This is an image-and-text-to-video generation service, not a face-swapping application. The model generates new video frames using user-authorized reference images and a preset text prompt describing the scene, actions, and visual style. We do not replace faces in existing videos or composite faces onto prerecorded footage. The homepage concept illustration is not a generated video result.
AI model disclosure
The current choir generator uses ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Mini (API model ID: seedance-2-mini), accessed through SeeAPI, to generate a 15-second video with audio. Closed on Sunday is an independent service and does not claim endorsement by the model provider. Model safeguards and availability can vary; users remain responsible for complying with this policy.
